James Gluzman

I am a Ph.D. Candidate in Economics at Stony Brook University. My research interests are Empirical Industrial Organization, Health Economics and Public Policy.

My research examines how public policy and market structures influence firm behavior in the healthcare sector, with a focus on Medicare policies. I am also interested in the economics and policies of the long-term care market.

In June of 2026, I will join Freddie Mac as a Senior Quantitative Analyst.
